Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Beaufort West, SC

We came down for my sons graduation at Parris Island. The rooms were somewhat dated but they were clean and house keeping had done great accommodating any needs we had. My kids had a great stay and had the best time talking to the gentlemen that worked evenings at the front desk. The entire staff was friendly. We encountered a small hiccup with trying to upgrade a room but they were quick to resolve the issue.

Customer service was great. The elevators were not working, and they took the effort to change our room to ground level. The hotel is a bit outdated, and the floors in our room could have been a bit cleaner. However, for the money it's a good hotel and environment.

Very nice place. Very clean room. My only complaint was I wanted adjoining rooms for my family and I but they didn't offer them here. Small indoor pool but still refreshing.

I stayed here for 3 nights. The rooms were clean.The staff was wonderful. I had to extend my stay by one night. I was quoted one price, then come to find out there was an error and ended up paying a higher amount for that extra night. However, after speaking with the front desk. They made sure things were right. Not only did they give me a credit for the difference, they upgraded my room to a suite. The level of customer service was amazing. I would definitely stay there again.

My family and I stayed here 3 years ago for our weeks vacation to Hunting Island and decided to return here this year. We were very satisfied by everything last time and are enjoying the few up grades they added now. We love the free breakfast every morning ~ they have many choices including: Waffles that you make yourself, bagels, danishes, and toast. They also have scrambled eggs, potatoes and sausage, along with several choices of cereal. A few juices and coffee, as well! The pool is nice and enjoyable when we've gotten enough of the beach for the day or evening. The hotel employees are all very friendly and helpful always! Check in was easy and I'm sure check out would be as well. The rooms are clean and spacious even though we had 3 children and 2 adults with us. Room service does a great job with the up keep throughout our weeks stay! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone needing to stay for Marine graduation or any other event nearby or even a longer stay like ourselves! Thank you to the awesome staff, look forward in seeing you all again next summer

The room was very nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. The second TV in the "living room" didn't work but it's OK.. not sure if they had breakfast or not. Lots of families staying there. Check in sycked waited 30 to check in after 4pm they didn't have room ready the clerk had to leave the front get on elevator to find an available room. The entire first floor smells extremely strong of chlorine. Arrived a little early, and the girl working was fairly rude about check-in. It did say on the website that early check-in is available, so I tried, and the girl was short and snippy with me so I left and came back at 3:30 and didn't get into a room till after 4pm. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

I was skeptical at first to stay here based on the reviews. I was coming in for my son’s graduation at Parris Island. The staff was friendly. Rooms were clean. Pool at first was a little chilly but the man took care of the situation very quickly when it was brought to his attention. The pool is heated but someone else had turned it down and he made sure it was working asap. Very nice breakfast and overall was an excellent stay. If I ever had to come back to the area I’d definitely stay here again!

Overall pretty good. The bed was super comfortable. Nice size rooms. Staff seemed low energy, not super friendly but not to where I wouldn't stay there again. Front desk seemed a little sticky or something . Room was good, found a few long hairs in the bathroom. The grout in the bathroom could use scrubbing. Could use a little touch up in bathroom, few bubbles on ceiling paint, mirror trim was separating from mirror a little, nothing extreme. Towels were clean, sheets were clean. Hot breakfast standard . Liquid eggs not my favorite, but they get the job done. Pool was open big plus. AC worked very good. Overall satisfied. If someone gave just a little more TLC , it would be a very great hotel.
